Immune Boosting Stir Fry Sauce {Allergen and Sugar FREE!}

Immune Boosting Stir Fry Sauce Recipe that is Allergy-Free and Sugar-Free

We LOVE stir fry at our house! It is one of those once a week kind of meals that we never get tired of. You can mix it up with the style of vegetables or meat that you use. Chicken, beef, pork, shrimp are all good to alternate in a stir fry. Throw in some pineapple for a little bit of sweetness or slivered almonds for a crunch. There are just so many ways to do it!

We have also bee cutting out sugar. If you are on Whole3o or Trim Healthy Mama diets you might be doing this as well. It is amazing how sugar and soy sneak their way into everything. I was bound and determined to create a stir fry sauce that cut out the yuck but still tasted delicious.

Why did I call it immune boosting?  With ingredients like minced ginger, garlic, and good old bone broth that is one good recipe for boosting your immune system.  Add in the veggies from your stir fry and all around you have hit all the key ingredients to a nutrient rich meal that will keep you feeling full and working from within to protect you from germs without.

I want to note here that I use Redmond’s Real Salt in every recipe I make.  I have been using it for three years now and will never turn back.  Unlike table salt, Redmond Salt is unique in that is authentic salt.  It doesn’t contain any extra unnecessary ingredients and retains all of its natural trace minerals  It is unrefined and full of flavor.  I highly - HIGHLY - recommend it!

This real food, clean eating stir fry sauce recipe was a home run! The kids liked it, my husband loved it, and it will be a mainstay. It would also make a great marinade too for any meat you want to put on your grill this summer.

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups chicken broth (bone broth preferred)
  2. 2 tbs. ginger root, minced
  3. 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  4. 1 tbs. olive oil
  5. 1/4 red wine vinegar
  6. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  7. 1/2 tsp. sea salt (Redmond Real Salt preferred!)
  8. 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  9. 1 tbs. arrowroot powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. 1.) Add everything to saucepan and let simmer until warmed and fragrant.
  2. 2.) If you want to make yours a little thicker you can remove a 1/4 cup broth and mix with 1 tbs. arrowroot powder and then add back into saucepan with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. 3.) This yields enough to serve more than one meal for the average sized family, so store in air tight container in the refrigerator and use it for another stir fry day the next week!

I am a wife to a wonderful husband and mother to four beautiful children five and under: three girls and one boy. I am a disciple of Christ and I am fulfilling my role to my husband and family as a homemaker. I began The Road to 31 almost two years ago in an effort to focus more as I studied the Word of God and researched those things which were important to me. I found that God used The Road to 31 within my own life to bring community to my front door and allowed me to minister and be ministered to by other women who are walking along the same road as I.
