Equipping our Families to Stand for Religious Freedom AND A GIVEAWAY!

Did you watch the Republican Debate last night?

It was more than frustrating to see the panel primarily focusing on Donald Trump’s personality rather than the real issues like our national security, the state of the economy, and the value of the traditional family and life in the womb.  When I think over the past few months, I feel entirely overwhelmed and saddened at the prospective path our nation’s government and culture are taking.  Something between fear and disgust often take my gut captive.

It is times like these that make me question what our nation will look like when our children reach adulthood. It makes me want to cling to our homeschooling all the more because at least I have some control over what and how my children are exposed to the ideals our culture is purporting.  I have to remind myself that a spirit of anxiety is not what is supposed to define the people of God.  

We are still blessed to live in a country that has more freedom than others intact, but as those freedoms falter in the face of a federal government bent on more centralized power and a culture that spits in the face of an Almighty God, we must work all the harder to protect and push for Constitutional rights to be restored.

Our Freedoms Are Under Attack 

Freedom is under attack for the baker that refuses to bake a cake in support of a homosexual wedding.  

Freedom is under attack for the mother who chooses not to vaccinate her newborn baby or older child and doctors bully her with threats and removal of her child.

Freedom is under attack for the family that chooses to educate their children in the home, yet are constantly having their rights to privacy gnawed at by the local school board and social services agencies demanding entry into their homes.

Freedom is under attack and with this upcoming election it is paramount that we vote for FREEDOM, as we also pray for our nation and its people. One human leader will not correct the path of sin and destruction. Only God can do this, but we pray for revival in this nation as we trust God’s will be done.
