Because who doesn’t love brownie batter, right?!
I’m a huge fan of chocolate (as you can see). And while I try to eat nutritiously and healthy, I always struggle when it comes to sweets.

Enter: this recipe.
I make this recipe a few times a week. Yes, you read that right…multiple times a week.
And why wouldn’t I? It’s full of protein and keeps me full. And oh yeah, IT TASTES JUST LIKE BROWNIE BATTER. That’s a major win in my book!
This recipe is based off of my brownie batter overnight protein oats recipe, and it’s so incredibly easy to make! Simply mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl or mason jar, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, and boom! Finished.
I dip apple in this healthy brownie batter dip but you could sub in strawberries (which would be divine), or anything else you can think of.
Pro tip: the longer you let the mixture sit, the thicker it will become. I like my dip to be a little on the thinner side, but you could absolutely eat it thicker!
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- one scoop of protein powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (or more, to taste)
- 2 tablespoons baking Stevia (1 tablespoon regular sugar)
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon mini-chocolate chips
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar and cover.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 4 hours.
- Enjoy with apple slices.
On my blog today is a recipe for gluten-free chocolate cupcakes with whiskey salted caramel PLUS a giveaway for silicone baking cups! Head on over to enter-drawing is March 25th!
